Andrea Cheng

Andrea Cheng is a designer and artist living between Hangzhou, China and New York. She came to New York in 2020 from Hangzhou, earned her BFA in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts, and is currently pursuing her MFA in Communication Design at Pratt Institute.

Her work moves fluidly across painting, digital illustration, visual design, brand identity, editorial and print, installation, and code-driven visual experience. Her background in illustration has woven a deep sense of storytelling into her design practice, committed to translating every narrative into a visual language that resonates.
